- Program: Voting Our Values as IKEs in 2020

Deborah Capouch of the Bloomington League of Women Voters will give a short explanation of how to get registered, different options for voting, how to make sure your vote is counted, along with information about voting for college students and seniors in residential facilities. She will direct us to online resources including voter guides and sample ballots.

Nancy Carlson will highlight the policies and values of the Izaak Walton League, and how we can be defenders of Soil, Air, Woods, Water and Wetlands by our voting choices and by our participation in the electoral process.

Both presentations are non-partisan and very informative.

Please bring a virtual side dish to share, the Chapter will provide virtual grilled meats/buns, virtual non-alcoholic drinks and virtual tableware. If you would like to virtually participate in the virtual canoe race, please bring virtual  lifejackets (using your own virtual canoes). If you would like to virtually participate in the canoe race, please do not drink virtual alcoholic beverages before or during the virtual race.
